Intercontinental Woman is an Executive Search firm dedicated to placing female executives. It was built on the idea that more highly-qualified women should be placed in Senior & C-Suite roles. This is our focus and this is our passion. To create an executive placement community of female executives.

At Intercontinental Woman, we serve the executive mid-market ($150k – $400k) and upper mid-market ($450k – $ 1M) between the international search firms and high volume providers. We pride ourselves on building long-term, productive collaborations with our clients and candidates through our proven expertise and personalized service. We value relationships rather than one-off transactions.
